Web Simplification Prototype for Cognitive Disabled Users

Information and communication technology (ICT) World Wide Web (WWW) are increasingly being used in daily life becoming important community, business, personal performance, improvement of livelihood. people with disabilities (PWDs) can easily perform many tasks using WWW which might be difficult or impossible for them. However, websites applications such as e-learning, e-commerce, e-government not specifically designed keeping view PWD users. Through the web accessibility guidelines, developers build a program accessible to PWDs. In this paper, we have investigated issues related website design that make it unavailable Keeping these issues, built framework easier addition, assessed GTmetrix, Netcraft, WAVE tools results generated Google Analytics. Based on results, proposed simplified version improve access disabilities. The prototype is also implemented called Easywebcare by incorporating our recommendations resolving issues. Analytics shows type surpasses all existing activities improving
